Alternative Dispute Resolution:
In the event of a dispute, we inform you that the consumer may resort to the consumer Alternative Dispute Resolution entities identified in the consumer portal, on the www.consumidor.pt website, or the Online Consumer Dispute Resolution entities identified on the https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr website.

Right to Free Contract Resolution:
In compliance with the provisions of Articles 10 and 11 of the legal regime applicable to contracts concluded at a distance and away from business premises, the customer may exercise his right to free contract resolution within 14 days from the day on which he acquires physical possession of the product ordered or, if the order is composed of several items that will be delivered on different days, from the day on which he acquires physical possession of the last of the items delivered. To exercise this right, you must send to As 4 Marias, before the end of the period indicated above, an unequivocal statement of contract resolution. As 4 Marias will proceed to full refund of the amount that the customer may have paid (except for the costs of shipping the return). A Customer Support employee of As 4 Marias will contact the customer to confirm the right to a refund and to provide any further clarification on this issue.
Returns:

Due to the nature of the items we sell, and because they are limited production items where all aspects count for their conservation and preservation are important, we do not accept the return of collectible items (Cards, Chromos and Sealed Products). The only exception is made in the Accessories category, where cif the customer wishes to return one or more items, may do so, beyond the 14 days stipulated by law after receiving the order, provided that the products are intact, sealed, complete and in the original packaging, which can not be damaged, altered or scratched, and are not out of date (or about to expire).
